Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver an elevated client experience across all client segments
- Foster a positive working environment centered on feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
- Develop boutique leadership and empower team members to manage direct reports and assigned business responsibilities
- Develop and achieve business goals through creative and strategic partnerships with the boutique team and Home Office to increase sales
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving operational performance based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
- Represent Chanel in the local market through community involvement, partnerships with high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld through in-store presence and active management

Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related retail or luxury hospitality management experience

- Comfort operating in complexity and ambiguity with resilience
