Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences for all patrons
- Foster a positive working environment with a culture of feedback, encouraging diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork
- Develop boutique leadership capabilities and empower direct reports to manage assigned business responsibilities
- Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with boutique team and Home Office, devising creative solutions to increase sales
- Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and lessons learned
- Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are consistently upheld to drive business results
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of related retail leadership experience
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Understanding of and passion for client experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Ability to lift 15 lbs
- Passion for the House of Chanel, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives

Experience
Minimum 7 years of progressive retail leadership experience, preferably within luxury fashion or high-end retail environments. Demonstrated success building and managing teams, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 138,700 to USD 173,200 per annum.
