Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of boutique operations, including sales performance, inventory management, and customer experience standards
- Build and mentor a high-performing retail team, ensuring consistent delivery of Chanel's luxury service expectations
- Drive client acquisition, retention, and relationship building through personalized luxury clienteling and VIP engagement strategies
