Role & Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences across all customer segments
• Foster a positive, inclusive working environment grounded in feedback, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
• Lead and develop boutique management team, empowering direct reports to manage business responsibilities independently
• Develop and achieve defined business goals through strategic partnerships with boutique teams and corporate office
• Drive sales growth and optimize performance through agility, resilience, and continuous improvement based on key performance indicators
• Represent Chanel in the market through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events
• Ensure boutique image, operational standards, and client service delivery align with luxury brand expectations

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related retail leadership experience
• Demonstrated expertise in team development and people leadership
• Strong understanding of luxury client experience and brand representation
• Ability to lift 15 lbs
• Flexible schedule accommodating late nights, weekends, and holiday operations
• Bachelor's degree (preferred)
• Passion for Chanel's heritage, product offerings, and cultural initiatives

Skills

Experience

Minimum 7 years of retail or boutique management experience, with demonstrated success leading teams, driving sales performance, and building client loyalty in a luxury or high-end fashion environment.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent professional experience and proven track record in luxury retail leadership considered.

Workplace

Compensation

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 138,700 to USD 170,000 per annum.
