Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences for all clients
- Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, feedback, and teamwork
- Lead boutique leadership development and empower team members to manage direct reports and assigned business responsibilities
- Develop and achieve business goals by partnering with boutique team and Home Office to devise creative and strategic sales solutions
