Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all boutique operations at the designated Nordstrom Topanga location, ensuring exceptional performance against sales and operational targets
- Cultivate and maintain a cohesive, high-performing retail team through recruitment, training, mentorship, and performance management
- Drive sales growth and revenue optimization through strategic merchandising, inventory management, and promotional execution
