Chanel Boutique Director position in Las Vegas, Nevada. Lead luxury retail operations and drive client experience at the Bellagio boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences aligned with Chanel's luxury brand standards
- Foster a positive, inclusive working environment that encourages feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
- Act as leader of leaders, actively developing boutique management and empowering team members to manage direct reports and business responsibilities
- Develop and achieve business goals in partnership with boutique team and corporate leadership, devising creative solutions to drive sales growth
- Lead with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators and operational insights
- Represent Chanel in the Las Vegas market through community involvement, partnerships with high-profile businesses, and execution of social and seasonal events
- Ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld through consistent in-store presence
- Manage boutique team development and succession planning
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in luxury retail, boutique management, or related leadership roles
- Proven track record of building and leading high-performing retail or hospitality teams
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets
- Deep understanding of and passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
- Strong knowledge of Chanel's history, heritage, product offerings, and brand values
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and build collaborative partnerships
Skills
Experience
Minimum 7 years of related experience in luxury retail management, boutique operations, or comparable leadership positions within a high-end retail or hospitality environment. Demonstrated success in team building, sales achievement, and brand representation required.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 170,000 to USD 217,000 per annum.
