Chanel is hiring a Boutique Director in Houston, TX to lead the boutique, drive sales and deliver exceptional client experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own full P&L and commercial performance of the Houston boutique, driving sales, margin and KPIs through disciplined merchandising and pricing strategies.
- Set and deliver high standards for client experience and clienteling; cultivate and personally manage relationships with top clients and prospects.
- Lead recruitment, coaching and performance management of boutique staff, embedding luxury service standards and professional development.
- Implement visual merchandising and store presentation directives to uphold brand aesthetics and seasonal rollouts.
- Direct local marketing, events and VIP activities in partnership with regional marketing and CRM teams to maximise footfall and conversion.
- Manage inventory, stock replenishment and loss-prevention controls in coordination with supply chain and logistics teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, cash handling procedures, legal and regulatory requirements and health & safety standards.
- Prepare regular management reporting for regional leadership and participate in strategic planning for the market.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership within luxury retail or fashion, with demonstrable results against sales and P&L targets.
- Established track record of building and maintaining long-term client relationships in a high-touch environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, including experience with inventory control, merchandising and KPI-driven management.
- Exceptional communication and people-development skills; able to inspire and retain high-performing teams.
- Flexible availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and special events; valid work authorization for the United States.

Experience
Several years of progressive experience in luxury retail with leadership responsibility for a boutique or flagship store; proven success delivering revenue growth, margin expansion and superior client service.
Education
Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, hospitality or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in luxury retail will be considered.
