Role & Responsibilities

  • Coach and inspire boutique staff to deliver elevated client experiences across all customer segments
  • Foster a positive, inclusive working environment with emphasis on feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and collaborative teamwork
  • Develop and empower boutique leadership, actively coaching direct reports and ensuring accountability for assigned business responsibilities
  • Drive business growth by partnering with boutique team and Home Office to devise creative and strategic solutions to increase sales and exceed performance targets
  • Lead with agility and resilience, continuously improving operations based on key performance indicators and organizational learning
  • Represent Chanel in the Beverly Hills market, developing the client base through strategic community involvement, partnerships with high-profile local businesses, and execution of social and seasonal events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of related luxury retail or boutique management experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in team leadership and talent development within a luxury brand environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving business targets
  • Strong understanding of and genuine passion for client experience and luxury service standards
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and build strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Physical ability to lift 15 pounds regularly
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
