Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor boutique team to deliver exceptional luxury client experiences
- Manage daily retail operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and sales floor performance
- Drive revenue growth and achievement of sales targets through strategic client engagement
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns aligned with Chanel's brand positioning
