The Boutique Director serves as CHANEL’s senior boutique leader and brand ambassador at Neiman Marcus Atlanta, developing leaders and teams, delivering elevated client service, and driving sales and performance goals. The role requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience, in-store presence, and a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as the boutique’s senior leader and brand ambassador, building and developing an exceptional team that delivers superior client service and exceeds performance targets.
- Coach and inspire boutique staff to provide an elevated client experience.
- Foster a positive working environment and a feedback culture that promotes diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
- Develop boutique leaders and empower them to manage their teams and assigned business responsibilities.
- Set and achieve business goals, partnering with the boutique team and Home Office on creative and strategic solutions to increase sales.
- Lead with agility and resilience, continuously improving performance based on key performance indicators and lessons learned.
- Represent CHANEL in the market and develop the client base through community involvement, partnerships with local high-profile businesses, and social and seasonal events.
- Maintain an in-store presence to develop and coach teams, uphold boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service that drives business results.
Qualifications
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
- Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.
- Curiosity and desire to learn and grow professionally within the world of CHANEL.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Flexible schedule with the ability to work late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 138,700 to USD 160,000 per annum.
