Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Customer Service Manager in daily operations.
  • Welcome local and international clients, ensuring exceptional service during item deposits and collections.
  • Utilize interpersonal skills to convert dissatisfied clients into loyal customers.
  • Advise clients on appropriate care for various products.
  • Participate in the operational management of customer service, including tracking ongoing repairs, managing computerized repair records, coordinating with workshops, inspecting returned items, drafting correspondence, and handling phone communications.
  • Support minor in-store repairs.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a higher education program in business or management.

Skills

Proficiency in English and computer applications. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic and meticulous with a strong sense of service.

Experience

Previous experience in retail or management is preferred.

Education

Pursuing a degree in business or management.
