Role & Responsibilities
- Support the smooth daily operations of the Chanel boutique under the guidance of the Boutique Administration Manager
- Manage customer and employee personal information with strict confidentiality protocols
- Oversee administrative operations including vendor invoice management, product inventory tracking, supplies and loaned items administration, and internal communications
- Manage asset inventory and maintenance of products, fixtures, equipment, and furnishings
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless boutique operations and resolve operational issues
- Handle general back-office support tasks to enable the sales team to focus on client engagement
