Chanel in Shenzhen seeks a Boutique Consultant. Deliver luxury sales, clienteling and exceptional in‑boutique service for Chanel's Shenzhen boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised, high‑touch service to discerning clients; manage appointments, private viewings and follow‑up communications to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, product recommendation and closing techniques.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across relevant categories to present, demonstrate and articulate brand heritage and technical details.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, manage transactions and ensure accurate cash and stock handling in line with internal procedures.
- Uphold Chanel visual merchandising, boutique presentation and housekeeping standards, including stock replenishment and store mise‑en‑place.
- Support in‑store events, trunk shows and client entertainment; coordinate with store management and cross‑functional teams for seamless execution.
- Protect client confidentiality and adhere to brand compliance, loss‑prevention and customer data protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven boutique or luxury retail sales background with demonstrable commercial results.
- Experience working with high‑net‑worth or discerning clientele and executing personalised clienteling strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with polished etiquette and discretion.
- Professional presentation, strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings and legal authorization to work in China.

Experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in luxury or premium boutique retail, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and cultivating repeat client relationships.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary education in fashion, retail, hospitality or a related field preferred.
