- Deliver comprehensive boutique experiences across the full customer journey, from product discovery to post-purchase engagement
- Maintain impeccable boutique presentation standards aligned with Chanel's brand requirements, including merchandising, visual display, and stock management
- Articulate Chanel's brand heritage, creative vision, and design philosophy alongside product benefits to inspire customer desire
- Exceed client expectations through proactive service delivery and consistent attitude of excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and sales communication
- Proven ability to establish, maintain, and expand client relationships

Skills
