Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver a discreet, personalised sales experience that cultivates long-term client relationships and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling, follow-up and appointment management.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across collections (ready-to-wear, leather goods, accessories and beauty) and advise clients on styling and product care.
  • Use boutique CRM and POS systems to record client information, manage enquiries, process transactions and arrange after-sales services.
  • Maintain boutique visual and merchandising standards, ensuring product presentation, stock rotation and housekeeping meet brand directives.
  • Support boutique operations including stock intake, inventory controls, loss prevention and coordination with back-office teams.
  • Participate in private client events, trunk shows and product launches to enhance the boutique’s profile and drive sales.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in luxury retail sales or boutique environments; preferably with experience selling fashion, leather goods or beauty products.
  • Strong clienteling skills with ability to build and maintain high-value client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; professional discretion and cultural sensitivity when serving VIP clientele.
  • Organised, numerate and comfortable with POS transactions, basic inventory tasks and boutique administration.
  • Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and evenings; availability for client appointments and special events.

Experience
