Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, sophisticated service that showcases Chanel's boutique collections and interprets brand style and creative vision to discerning clientele
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships through authentic emotional engagement, fostering loyalty and repeat patronage
- Manage the complete customer experience journey, ensuring each client encounters the full breadth of Chanel's luxury offerings within the boutique
