Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised, anticipatory service to high-value and walk-in clients, managing appointments and private viewings.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling and portfolio development.
  • Maintain expert product knowledge across relevant categories (e.g. leather goods, ready-to-wear, accessories, beauty) and translate that knowledge into relevant recommendations.
  • Manage day-to-day boutique operations: process transactions, handle cash/POS, oversee stock control and ensure loss-prevention procedures.
  • Uphold visual merchandising and boutique presentation standards; ensure stockrooms and floor displays meet brand guidelines.
  • Provide after-sales care and coordinate with regional teams for repairs, special orders and client follow-up.
  • Contribute to CRM maintenance: log client interactions, update preferences and support personalised communication campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Mandarin; professional working proficiency in English preferred.
  • Proven experience (typically 1–3 years) in luxury retail or premium service sales, with demonstrable results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented, discreet approach to high-net-worth clientele.
  • Commercial acumen with a track record of meeting sales targets and managing client portfolios.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak retail periods, and to travel locally for client appointments when required.

Experience
