Role & Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, creating an immediate impression of warmth and professionalism
- Manage boutique traffic flow and ambiance to optimize the shopping experience
- Coordinate client seating, refreshments, and comfort throughout their visit
- Liaise between client services, sales associates, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
