Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute boutique-level CEM action plans in collaboration with boutique management and marketing teams, aligned with overall strategic objectives
- Build front-line associate capabilities in CEM mindset, client segmentation insights, and portfolio management through coaching and knowledge transfer
- Analyze boutique client data and performance metrics to identify trends, high-potential clients, and opportunities for personalized engagement
- Coordinate targeted client communication activities, VIP events, and marketing campaigns while gathering qualitative feedback on client experience and campaign effectiveness
- Establish and monitor standards for client data capture quality within the boutique, ensuring accurate and comprehensive client profiling
- Facilitate boutique marketing activities including event support, client targeting, and coordination of communication tools and gifts
- Champion continuous optimization of client service delivery in the boutique and lead implementation of new service initiatives
- Serve as primary liaison between corporate marketing, CEM, and boutique operations, ensuring clear communication of strategies and client service priorities

Secondary school graduate; university degree preferred.
