Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary, personalised service to walk-in and appointment-based clients, with discreet attention to VIP and high-net-worth customers.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and tailored purchase recommendations.
- Manage appointments, private viewings and after-sales care to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while maximising conversion and average transaction value through consultative selling.

- Adhere strictly to brand policies, confidentiality requirements and loss-prevention procedures.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail or boutique sales with a demonstrable track record in clienteling and meeting sales targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, credibility with high-net-worth clients and a service-oriented demeanour.
- Excellent grooming, presentation and ability to represent an ultra-luxury brand with discretion.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and public holidays as required.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a boutique team.

Experience
Typically 2–4 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or boutique environments, with evidence of managing affluent clients and achieving sales objectives.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational or tertiary qualification in fashion, retail, hospitality or business preferred.
