Chanel Boutique Assistant role in Singapore—support retail operations, staff coordination, and administrative functions to enable exceptional luxury service.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day boutique administration by following Standard Operating Procedures and managing correspondence between boutique and corporate office
- Coordinate staff onboarding, transfers, and moves with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records for boutique expenditure, overtime, compensation-off, attendance, and leave reporting
- Prepare monthly staff rosters and coordinate training schedules and monthly activities with the Retail Office
- Liaison with vendors, internal teams, and mall management to ensure boutique maintenance and operational readiness
- Manage replenishment and inventory follow-up for point-of-sale systems, printing materials, and clienteling resources
- Provide clear reporting and ad hoc support to boutique management to facilitate decision-making and operational planning
