Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute boutique sales plans in coordination with the Boutique Manager and regional supervisors
  • Negotiate boutique requirements and collaborate with department store and vendor partners
  • Plan and execute promotional events and special initiatives in partnership with headquarters and supervisors
  • Monitor product trends and sales dynamics to optimize store operations and inventory allocation
  • Manage customer acquisition and retention through relationship management and client engagement
  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and point-of-sale reconciliation
  • Implement loss prevention measures and manage incident response and customer complaint resolution
  • Monitor and control operational expenses and key performance metrics
  • Recruit, evaluate, coach, and mentor fashion advisors; provide performance feedback and career development guidance

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in the apparel sector
  • Demonstrated experience managing a team of approximately 10 staff members
  • Strong leadership capability and ability to lead by example
