Role & Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for the boutique, ensuring smooth front- and back-office processes.
- Manage sales documentation and record-keeping (invoices, receipts, refunds) and reconcile daily cash and electronic transactions.
- Maintain stock records and assist with inventory control, stock movements and physical inventory counts in coordination with the store manager.
- Prepare routine reports and summaries (sales, stock levels, deliveries) for store leadership and headquarters.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries, liaise with logistics and regional teams, and track order status until completion.
- Support CRM and customer file maintenance by entering and updating client data with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist with administrative HR tasks such as staff scheduling, attendance records and basic onboarding paperwork.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards and local regulatory requirements for retail operations.
Qualifications
- Proven organisational aptitude and meticulous attention to detail in administrative or retail operations environments.
- Strong numerical accuracy and experience handling financial documents and daily reconciliations.
- Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential customer and company information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues and external partners.
- Flexible approach to retail hours and peak-period workload; ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.

Experience
Approximately 1–3 years of administrative, back-office or retail operations experience, preferably within a luxury retail environment or high-end boutique.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or post-secondary study in business administration, retail management or a related field preferred.
