Role & Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and manage administrative workflows for Chanel boutiques across the Kanto region, ensuring timely submission of reports and adherence to head office procedures.
  • Coordinate inventory movements, stock reconciliations and transfers with regional logistics and boutique teams to preserve stock accuracy and availability.
  • Process and track invoices, purchase orders and expense documentation; liaise with finance for timely reconciliation and resolution of queries.
  • Produce and analyse operational KPI reports and ad‑hoc summaries for regional management, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
  • Serve as primary liaison between boutiques and corporate departments (finance, merchandising, logistics, HR) to expedite requests and implement policy changes.
  • Support boutique openings, seasonal rollouts and special projects by coordinating administrative tasks, documentation and cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Maintain and optimise boutique administrative procedures and filing systems to improve efficiency and compliance with internal controls.
  • Provide first‑line support for point‑of‑sale and back‑office systems issues, escalating technical matters to IT as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in boutique or retail administration, operations coordination, or a comparable office‑support role within luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple boutiques/sites simultaneously, prioritising time‑sensitive tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong numerical aptitude and experience producing operational reports and reconciliations.
