Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze rejected or unrecognized invoices within the automated accounting system.
- Investigate causes of non-integration such as price discrepancies, order anomalies, or missing supplier data.
- Implement necessary corrections in compliance with accounting procedures.
- Collaborate with internal departments to obtain missing information or validate corrections.
- Act as the primary contact for manufacturers and suppliers regarding billing disputes.
- Monitor and resolve supplier disputes until closure.
- Ensure adherence to payment deadlines and maintain quality relationships with manufacturers and suppliers.
- Participate in quarterly accounting closures.
- Propose improvements to reduce rejections and enhance automation reliability.
- Contribute to the updating of procedures and operational modes.
- Prioritize tasks based on financial deadlines and stakes.
- Alert management in cases of recurring malfunctions or financial risks.
Qualifications
- Expertise in accounts payable and comprehensive knowledge of accounting and office tools.
- Strong analytical skills to detect, understand, and resolve discrepancies or anomalies.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills in managing priorities.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role within a corporate environment.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
