Chanel seeks a Benefits Specialist for a fixed-term role in Paris, managing compensation and employee benefits programmes for 12 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as point of reference for HR teams on all matters relating to employee benefits and social advantages offered by the company
- Manage employee savings schemes, including planning Participation and Profit-Sharing campaigns in coordination with account holders and internal teams
- Coordinate follow-up commissions for benefits schemes with employee representatives and facilitate their operation
- Oversee operational tracking of Individual Retirement Reviews offered to employees and maintain liaison with external service providers
- Produce and distribute key performance indicators related to retirement planning and career-end support
- Address queries from HR teams and employees regarding benefits matters
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the digitalized Individualized Social Statement
- Propose improvements and refinements to benefits content in alignment with divisional feedback and partner recommendations
- Maintain and update dashboards tracking activities and costs associated with various benefits schemes
- Support additional Compensation & Benefits projects as required by business developments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a business school or university programme with HR specialization
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience (excluding internships or apprenticeships) in demanding international environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including sophisticated functions and data modeling
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting
- Strong written and spoken English
- Demonstrable reliability, organizational discipline, and meticulous attention to detail
- Analytical capability and capacity for critical evaluation
- Collaborative interpersonal skills and agility in matrix organizational structures
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of successful post-degree professional experience in international, demanding environments with demonstrated expertise in employee benefits and compensation administration.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a business school or university programme with a specialization in Human Resources, business administration, or related field.
