Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized skincare consultations and recommend bespoke treatment regimens based on individual client needs
- Provide in-store facial care services leveraging advanced skincare techniques
- Educate clients on beauty trends, skincare best practices, and optimal product usage to enhance their Chanel beauty experience
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty and support team revenue objectives
- Represent the brand with professionalism and expertise, reinforcing Chanel's prestige positioning in the market
- Leverage digital shopping channels and omnichannel strategies to ensure seamless customer engagement across all touchpoints
- Train and mentor team members in skincare knowledge and professional techniques
Qualifications
- National beauty consultant or skincare therapist certification or equivalent
- Advanced communication skills and refined skincare treatment techniques
- Deep knowledge of beauty culture, skincare trends, and contemporary cosmetic innovations
- Demonstrated ability to build, nurture, and manage client relationships
- Professionalism, integrity, and a genuine passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
- Self-directed learner with the capacity to influence and inspire clients and colleagues
- Prior experience in beauty consulting or skincare services is preferred
