Chanel in Changsha seeks a Beauty Therapist (Perfumes & Beauty) to deliver treatments, clienteling and luxury retail sales at the Chanel counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional facial and beauty treatments in accordance with Chanel protocols and clinical hygiene standards.
- Perform thorough skin analyses and recommend personalised skincare and makeup regimens, including fragrance consultations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets through consultative selling and active clienteling, including follow-up care and appointment management.
- Provide makeup application and demonstration services to support product launches and promotional events.
- Maintain impeccable counter presentation, stock levels and compliance with merchandising directives.
- Record client preferences and treatment history accurately in CRM or appointment systems to support retention and repeat business.
- Participate in brand and product training, service quality audits and team meetings to uphold service excellence.
Qualifications
- Relevant vocational diploma or professional certificate in cosmetology, esthetics, or related beauty therapy discipline.
- Professional experience in luxury beauty retail, boutique counter or spa environment (see Experience).
- Demonstrated consultative selling ability with a track record of meeting sales KPIs and building repeat clientele.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends and peak promotional periods.

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury beauty counters, spas or high-end salons, with demonstrated commercial results and client retention.
Education
Vocational diploma or professional certificate in cosmetology/esthetician studies or equivalent professional training.
