Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized skincare consultations and in-boutique facial treatments tailored to individual client needs
- Assess client skincare requirements accurately and recommend customized beauty regimens
- Share beauty trends and skincare techniques to enhance the client experience with Chanel products
- Demonstrate and uphold brand expertise and professionalism
- Build client loyalty and contribute to team sales targets
- Deliver seamless omnichannel shopping experiences aligned with digital retail trends
- Mentor team members on skincare knowledge and techniques
- Cultivate emotional connections with clients while reflecting brand values and personality
Qualifications
- National beauty care certification or equivalent credential
- Excellent communication skills and advanced skincare treatment techniques
- Deep knowledge of beauty care culture and current beauty trends
- Proven ability to build, maintain, and manage client relationships
- Strong passion for the fragrance and beauty industry
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Self-motivated learner with influence and advocacy capability
- Prior beauty or skincare industry experience preferred
