Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver professional facial and skincare treatments, makeup applications and bespoke consultations in accordance with Chanel protocols and treatment menus.
- Provide personalised skincare and fragrance recommendations, converting consultations into product sales while meeting individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain exemplary standards of treatment-room hygiene, presentation and product merchandising to reflect the brand’s luxury environment.
- Manage client files and appointment schedules, perform follow-up clienteling to build loyalty and maximise repeat business.
- Participate in brand and product training, in-store promotions and special events; ensure thorough product knowledge across skincare, makeup and fragrance ranges.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and ensure accurate transaction and stock handling; escalate stock or client issues to management as required.
Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in aesthetics, cosmetology, beauty therapy or equivalent professional training.
- Professional licence or certification where required by local regulation (preferred).
- Flawless presentation and adherence to luxury service standards; ability to represent a premium brand image.
Skills
Experience
1–2 years’ experience in luxury cosmetics retail, an upscale spa or a high-end beauty counter is preferred; prior exposure to premium beauty brands and quota-driven retail environments is advantageous.
Education
Certificate or diploma in cosmetology/ aesthetics or equivalent; secondary education diploma.
