Role & Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting client relationships through tailored, memorable experiences both in-store and through digital channels
- Share passion and knowledge in fragrance, makeup, and skincare with confidence through storytelling
- Deliver expert personalized consultations that captivate and educate clients
- Use clienteling and data capture tools to actively recruit new clients and grow client portfolio
- Help achieve individual and counter sales targets and KPIs
- Contribute to sustainable practices across Chanel's four key areas: restoring nature and climate, investing in circularity, advancing dignity and prosperity, and promoting the autonomy of women

- Experience in a client-facing retail environment

Experience in a client-facing retail environment, preferably within luxury beauty, fragrance, or premium cosmetics sectors.
