Chanel seeks an experienced Beauty Leader in Sao Paulo to oversee luxury beauty retail operations and drive brand excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee beauty retail operations and customer experience
- Develop and implement beauty brand strategies aligned with Chanel's luxury positioning
- Mentor and supervise beauty retail staff and associates
- Drive sales performance and commercial objectives for beauty categories
- Cultivate client relationships and enhance brand prestige
Qualifications
- Leadership experience in luxury beauty retail

Skills
Experience
