Chanel seeks an experienced Beauty Counter Manager in Zhenjiang to lead fragrance and cosmetics operations and drive client engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring optimal product presentation and merchandising standards
- Lead and mentor a team of beauty advisors to deliver exceptional client service and drive sales performance
- Maintain inventory accuracy and monitor stock levels, coordinating replenishment with regional supply chain partners
- Develop and execute localized promotional strategies to meet departmental sales targets and KPIs
- Foster strong client relationships through personalized consultations and loyalty program engagement
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, visual merchandising guidelines, and workplace safety regulations
Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership experience in a luxury retail or beauty environment
- Strong understanding of fragrance and cosmetics products, categories, and consumer trends
- Proven ability to manage team performance, training, and development
- Excellent communication skills in Mandarin Chinese and English
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and retail management software

Experience
3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail, prestige beauty, or fragrance, with demonstrated track record of driving sales and managing teams in a multi-brand or department store environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
