Chanel seeks Fragrance and Beauty Department Manager in Shaoxing, China. Lead luxury retail teams, drive sales performance, and elevate customer experiences.
Role & Responsibilities
- Embody and communicate Chanel's brand culture and vision through all customer interactions
- Lead a large-scale retail team to achieve performance targets whilst supporting each consultant in reaching individual key performance indicators
- Collaborate with training and development specialists to foster professional growth and build pipeline talent for the organization
- Execute operational procedures in strict adherence to headquarters directives, maximizing store efficiency and process integrity
- Cultivate exceptional, distinctive customer experiences that elevate brand perception and foster loyalty across the fragrance and beauty category

- Proven leadership experience managing large retail teams in a luxury environment

Education
