Chanel seeks an experienced Beauty Counter Manager for its Shaoxing location to lead fragrance and cosmetics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the beauty counter team to achieve sales targets and performance metrics
- Ensure impeccable product knowledge across fragrance and cosmetics collections
- Deliver personalized, consultative client experiences and maintain customer relationships
- Oversee inventory management, stock rotation, and merchandising excellence
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
- Maintain counter presentation and brand aesthetic standards
- Train and develop team members on product expertise and service protocols
- Report to regional or store management on performance and client feedback
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in luxury retail or beauty counter management

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or management experience in luxury retail, beauty, or department store environments, with proven ability to lead teams and drive sales performance.
Education
Secondary education required; completion of formal training in retail management, cosmetics, or beauty sales is advantageous.

The successful candidate will be located in Shaoxing, Zhejiang, China, with easy access to Hangzhou.
