Chanel seeks an experienced Beauty Counter Manager in Nanjing to lead fragrance and cosmetics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the fragrance and beauty counter, ensuring exceptional presentation and merchandising standards
- Drive sales performance through strategic product promotion and personalized clienteling
- Manage counter team, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to optimize customer experience
