Chanel seeks a Department Manager for Fragrance & Beauty in Nanjing. Lead a dynamic team, drive luxury retail excellence, and advance brand positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Champion brand culture and vision through integration with elevated customer service delivery
- Lead a substantial team to achieve performance targets whilst supporting individual advisors in reaching personal KPIs
- Collaborate with training partners to foster professional development and build a talent pipeline for brand succession
- Ensure process compliance with headquarters directives whilst optimising in-store operational efficiency
- Guide the team in delivering distinctive, exceptional service to strengthen customer loyalty and brand engagement
- Represent the brand at the counter, embodying Chanel's aesthetic and service standards
- Develop strategic initiatives to capture business opportunities aligned with brand vision and commercial objectives

Education
Secondary education required; advanced degree or luxury retail certification preferred.
