Chanel Beauty Counter Manager position in Jining—lead fragrance and beauty retail operations with luxury service excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and visual merchandising of the fragrance and beauty counter
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Cultivate client relationships and deliver personalized luxury service experiences
- Maintain inventory management and product knowledge across the fragrance and beauty category
