Role & Responsibilities
- Internalize and communicate Chanel's distinctive style and values within a Paris fragrance and beauty point of sale
- Ensure excellence in client experience aligned with the Maison's heritage and contemporary positioning
- Provide personalized, confidence-building consultations to each client with sincere attention
- Present the full Fragrance & Beauty universe and cultivate client interest across the product range
- Build long-term client relationships and brand loyalty
- Contribute to team cohesion and point-of-sale performance with elegance, enthusiasm, discretion, and open-mindedness
Qualifications
- Upper secondary education or higher (Bac+1 to Bac+5)
- Demonstrated passion for Chanel and the luxury fragrance and beauty sector
- Genuine commitment to embodying brand values and codes
- Fluency in English (essential)
