Chanel is hiring a Beauty Consultant in Goiânia — deliver expert makeup, skincare and fragrance consultations at Chanel's beauty counter.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup, skincare and fragrances, tailored to each client's needs.
- Perform in-counter beauty services — makeovers, skincare diagnostics and product demonstrations — to enhance client experience and conversion.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, suggestive selling and clienteling activities.
- Develop and maintain a loyal client portfolio through proactive outreach, appointment management and accurate CRM record-keeping.
- Ensure merchandising, stock presentation and visual standards meet Chanel brand guidelines at all times.
- Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and support inventory replenishment and loss-prevention procedures.
- Participate in brand training, product launches and promotional events to maintain expert product knowledge and technical skills.
- Uphold Chanel's service standards and confidentiality when managing high-net-worth and repeat clientele.
Qualifications
- Secondary education (high school diploma or equivalent).
- Vocational or professional qualification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry preferred.
- Proven customer-facing experience in luxury retail or beauty counters is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills, polished presentation and a client-first attitude.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and local public holidays.
- Ability to work within brand procedures and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and hygiene.

Experience
Prior experience in a retail beauty or cosmetics counter role is preferred; 1–2 years of customer-facing sales experience in a luxury or premium environment is an advantage.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent. Post-secondary certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or makeup artistry is a plus.
