Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and immersive shopping experiences that cultivate desire, fulfill customer needs, and surpass expectations while driving sales targets
- Build and sustain genuine long-term relationships with clientele to enhance customer loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain the fragrance and beauty counter or boutique environment in strict accordance with Chanel's brand standards, including merchandising, product arrangement, and visual presentation
- Embody the Chanel brand aesthetic, demonstrating expert knowledge of fragrances, cosmetics, and skincare whilst conveying the brand's heritage, values, and creative vision
- Embrace digital retail trends and facilitate seamless omnichannel experiences that integrate in-store and online touchpoints
- Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to optimize customer journeys and achieve collective goals

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury beauty retail, fragrance sales, or high-end customer service is advantageous.
Education

The successful candidate will be located in Ningbo, Zhejiang, China, with easy access to Shanghai.
