Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver distinctive and memorable shopping experiences for Chanel fragrance and beauty clients, creating desire and fulfilling needs whilst achieving team sales objectives
- Establish genuine long-term relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and lifetime value
- Maintain fragrance and beauty counter or boutique presentation according to brand standards, assisting with merchandising and product display
- Embrace digital shopping trends and facilitate seamless omnichannel client experiences
- Demonstrate expertise in fragrances and beauty products with enthusiasm and professional knowledge
- Maintain the house's brand image and communicate Chanel's heritage, style, and vision beyond product features alone

Skills
