Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver an exceptional, personalised client experience aligned with Chanel brand standards, including one-to-one consultations and in-store demonstrations.
  • Advise clients on skincare, makeup and fragrance solutions through expert product knowledge and tailored regimens.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio using proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up communications.
  • Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Execute visual merchandising and product presentation to maintain Chanel store aesthetics and promotional windows.
  • Manage stock, samples and back-of-house inventory; ensure accurate POS transactions and daily reconciliation.
  • Participate in trainings, product launches and brand events; act as an ambassador for Chanel Beauty in the local market.
  • Ensure compliance with store policies, hygiene and health standards as well as brand security procedures.

Qualifications

  • Proven retail experience within luxury beauty or prestige cosmetics (1–3 years preferred).
  • Strong sales orientation with a demonstrable track record of meeting targets and developing client relationships.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, polished presentation and the ability to consult confidently on beauty rituals.
  • Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods; readiness to participate in events and trainings.
  • Professionalism, discretion and adherence to brand guidelines in all client interactions.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of experience in cosmetics retail, beauty consultancy or luxury client-facing sales, demonstrating consistent achievement of sales targets and strong client development skills.

Education

Secondary education required; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, beauty therapy or a related discipline preferred.
