Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver Chanel cosmetics sales and beauty services to customers, positioning oneself as an ambassador of the brand's values and aesthetic
- Manage customer information in accordance with Chanel's data protection and CRM guidelines
- Maintain the highest standards of store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and counter presentation to uphold brand image
- Adhere to store operations protocols including inventory management, grooming standards, and Chanel brand guidelines
- Collaborate with store colleagues and head office to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service metrics
Qualifications
- Associate degree or higher (preferably in beauty, cosmetics, or related field)
