Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised consultations and product recommendations across skincare, fragrance and makeup to a discerning clientele.
- Provide in‑store makeovers, product demonstrations and bespoke application services to drive conversion and client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up communications.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets while contributing to team objectives and promotions.
- Support daily boutique operations including stock management, replenishment, merchandising and visual standards compliance.
- Uphold Chanel’s hygiene, safety and product presentation protocols, ensuring an immaculate client environment.
- Participate fully in theoretical and practical training modules provided as part of the alternance programme.
Qualifications
- Eligible for a French alternance (work‑study) contract starting September 2026.
- Demonstrable passion for luxury beauty products and strong commercial orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and provide consultative service.
- High standards of personal presentation and professionalism appropriate to a luxury boutique.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store schedules.

Experience
Entry‑level role suitable for candidates beginning their career in luxury retail; previous experience in cosmetics or high‑end retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Currently enrolled in or accepted to a recognised vocational or higher‑education programme eligible for alternance (e.g., cosmetology, beauty, retail, or related studies).
