Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations across skincare, makeup and fragrance, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and preferences.
- Provide professional makeup application and skincare treatments in-store, demonstrating techniques and product benefits to clients.
- Drive sales through expert clienteling: book and manage appointments, maintain follow-up communications, and develop long-term client relationships.
- Maintain exceptional product knowledge across Chanel Beauty collections and communicate brand heritage and product provenance to clients.
- Execute visual merchandising and product presentation standards to brand guidelines; ensure boutique displays and tester stations are immaculate and stocked.
- Operate point-of-sale and appointment-booking systems accurately, process transactions and manage inventory replenishment for assigned stock.
- Participate in training, product launches and team meetings to remain current on new ranges, seasonal campaigns and promotional activity.
Qualifications
- Professional certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or makeup artistry preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in luxury beauty retail or professional makeup/skincare services.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative sales approach and polished client-facing manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage appointments, follow-ups and a client book.
- Ability to uphold strict brand standards of discretion, presentation and service excellence.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in luxury beauty retail, professional makeup artistry or esthetics, with a proven track record of clienteling and meeting sales objectives.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, esthetics or makeup artistry preferred.
