Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized makeup application, skincare counseling, and fragrance consultations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Manage customer relationships and maintain customer information systems to support ongoing engagement and personalized service
- Oversee counter operations including product merchandising, inventory management, stock rotation, and periodic stocktaking
- Achieve sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of personal beauty expertise and client care
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop advanced product knowledge and consultative selling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional employment experience as a full-time or contract employee, demonstrating foundational business acumen and professional maturity
- Ability to work full-time on a 5-day weekly schedule with flexibility for shift-based retail hours (9:00–21:30)
- Exceptional listening and communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to leverage individual strengths within a team environment
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2 years of professional employment experience. Preferred qualifications include prior customer-facing or sales experience, beauty industry background, luxury retail exposure, or formal beauty education.
Education
Completion of secondary education; beauty school certification or equivalent is valued but not required.
