Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of beauty consultants and sales associates to deliver exceptional client experiences
- Develop and execute personalized beauty consultations, emphasizing Chanel's heritage and product integrity
- Drive client relationship management and loyalty program initiatives within the beauty department
- Monitor beauty department performance, inventory, and sales targets
