Role & Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalised client consultations and demonstrations for fragrance, skincare and colour cosmetics, tailoring recommendations to individual needs and preferences.
  • Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio through proactive clienteling, follow-ups and CRM utilisation to drive repeat business and loyalty.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while contributing to the boutique’s overall commercial objectives and KPI tracking.
  • Maintain impeccable product presentation and visual merchandising consistent with brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
  • Manage stock levels, process deliveries and transfers, and ensure adherence to inventory and loss-prevention procedures.
  • Participate in product, retail and customer-service training to sustain up-to-date product knowledge and application techniques.
  • Uphold hygiene, safety and regulatory standards for beauty services and maintain a polished, professional presentation at all times.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education certificate or equivalent; vocational qualification in beauty, cosmetology or makeup artistry preferred.
  • Professional training or demonstrable proficiency in makeup application and skincare consultation.
  • Strong commercial orientation with a proven ability to convert consultations into sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a high standard of client service appropriate to the luxury sector.

Experience

Preferably 1–2 years of direct retail experience in cosmetics or luxury beauty, or relevant salon/behind-the-chair experience demonstrating client consultation and sales performance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational diploma in beauty, cosmetology or makeup artistry preferred.
