Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised one-to-one beauty consultations and make-up applications aligned with Chanel brand standards to high-net-worth and everyday clients.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPI objectives through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
• Maintain deep product knowledge across skincare, colour cosmetics and fragrances; present product benefits and routines tailored to each client.
• Manage point-of-sale transactions, client records and appointment bookings with discretion and data accuracy.
• Execute visual merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure boutique standards and presentation are consistently upheld.
• Coordinate with store management and Chanel field teams to implement promotions, launches and in-store events.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety and loss-prevention procedures; maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
• Provide a smooth handover and continuity of service for the duration of the maternity cover period.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in luxury cosmetics retail or high-end beauty consultancy.
• Strong interpersonal and clienteling skills with a service-oriented demeanour.
• Fluent Spanish and strong spoken skills for customer-facing interactions (inferred requirement for Spain).
• Valid right to work in Spain and flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak shopping periods.
• Cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty therapy certification preferred.

Experience

Typically 1–3 years of hands-on experience in luxury cosmetics retail, beauty counters or salon environments; prior experience with prestige beauty maisons or department-store concessions is advantageous.

Education

Secondary education; vocational diploma or certified training in cosmetology, aesthetics or beauty therapy preferred.
