Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations, tailoring recommendations to individual client needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain a proprietary client book; proactively prospect, follow up and nurture long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through consultative selling, cross-selling and upselling of Chanel beauty products and services.
• Perform in-store beauty services and demonstrations with meticulous attention to technique, presentation and hygiene standards.
• Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and product presentation in line with Chanel’s brand guidelines.
• Manage stock replenishment, merchandising rotations and point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Represent the brand professionally at all times; adhere to Chanel’s retail policies, loss-prevention procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in training, product launches and team briefings to maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge.

Qualifications

• Proven background in prestige beauty or luxury retail with demonstrated sales performance (preferably 2+ years).
• Strong practical skills in makeup application and skincare consultation; formal training or certification in cosmetology/esthetics is an asset.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-focused approach and refined presentation.
• Ability to manage a client book, follow up diligently and convert consultations into sales.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by store operations.

Skills

Experience

Preferably 2+ years of direct experience in luxury beauty retail or high-end cosmetics, with a proven record of meeting sales targets and building repeat clientele.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or certification in cosmetology, esthetics, or a related beauty discipline preferred.
