Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised skincare and makeup consultations to a discerning clientele, translating product expertise into tailored beauty regimens.
- Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets through proactive client acquisition, upselling and loyalty cultivation.
- Provide in-boutique beauty services (makeovers, product demonstrations, mini treatments) in accordance with Chanel hygiene and service protocols.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising and product presentation to uphold Chanel boutique standards.
- Manage transactions, returns and client records in the boutique point-of-sale system; support appointment scheduling and follow-up communications.
- Support inventory control and stock replenishment, including receiving deliveries and conducting cycle counts during the seasonal cover period.
- Represent the maison at in-store events and promotions, assisting with set-up, client hospitality and aftercare.
- Ensure strict compliance with brand policies, regulatory requirements and sanitation procedures for beauty tools and testers.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in luxury beauty, cosmetics or prestige skincare preferred.
- Proven ability to deliver high-touch client service and build long-term relationships.
- Strong product knowledge of skincare and colour cosmetics, with demonstrable consultation skills.
- Comfortable working to sales KPIs and adapting to fluctuating boutique traffic during seasonal periods.
- Professional presentation, discretion and alignment with Chanel's standards of client care.
- Availability to cover a seasonal schedule including weekends, evenings and event dates as required.

Experience
Preferably 1+ year of experience in luxury beauty or prestige retail; prior exposure to boutique environments and appointment-led selling is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or certified training in cosmetology, beauty therapy or professional makeup is desirable but not mandatory.
