Chanel Beauty Boutique Associate (75% part-time) in Malmö, Sweden. Luxury retail role combining sales targets with expert beauty consultation and brand representation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve established sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate
- Recruit and engage new customers to expand the brand clientele
- Provide expert advice on Chanel fragrances, makeup, and skincare products
- Deliver makeup and skincare consultations tailored to individual customer needs
- Communicate Chanel's heritage and values to create exclusive customer experiences
- Prepare, maintain cleanliness, and close the boutique according to operational standards
- Manage inventory in collaboration with the boutique manager
- Conduct cash reconciliation and report findings to the boutique manager
Qualifications
- Passion for luxury beauty retail and customer service excellence
- Demonstrated sales ability, particularly with premium beauty products
- Training as a makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent self-developed expertise in beauty products and techniques
- Fluency in Swedish or English
- Team player mentality with ability to balance individual and collective objectives
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in luxury beauty retail or premium cosmetics sales is strongly preferred. Candidates with demonstrable expertise in beauty consultation and customer relationship management will be prioritized.
Education
Formal training as a makeup artist or cosmetologist preferred; alternatively, comprehensive self-developed expertise in beauty products and application techniques is acceptable.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Malmö, Scania, Sweden, with easy access to Copenhagen.
