Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations tailored to client preferences and skin types
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Chanel's fragrance, skincare, and cosmetics product lines, including ingredients, benefits, and brand heritage
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships through attentive service and follow-up engagement
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain the boutique environment in impeccable condition, including merchandising displays and product presentation
- Support inventory management and product replenishment activities
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Qualifications
