Chanel in Malmö seeks a seasonal Beauty Boutique Associate to deliver luxury beauty consultations and sales at the Malmö boutique.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and makeup or skincare applications that reflect Chanel’s standards of luxury service.
- Achieve and actively contribute to sales targets through expert product recommendations and relationship-driven selling.
- Manage client relationships through diligent clienteling: record preferences, schedule follow-ups, and coordinate bespoke service appointments.
- Ensure flawless boutique presentation and visual merchandising consistent with Chanel brand guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and maintain stock integrity through regular inventory checks.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety protocols for product demonstrations and testers; maintain professional product knowledge across launches.
- Support team operations during seasonal peaks, including merchandising resets, promotional events, and stock replenishment.
- Represent the brand with discretion and professionalism at all client touchpoints, including in-store and on the phone.
Qualifications
- Proven retail or sales experience, preferably in luxury beauty or cosmetics.
- Demonstrable expertise in makeup application and/or skincare consultation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first orientation.
- Flexible availability to cover seasonal hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluent in spoken Swedish or the local language is advantageous; strong English proficiency is expected.
- Professional presentation and the ability to maintain strict brand standards.

Experience
Typically 1–3 years of retail or client-facing experience; prior experience within luxury cosmetics or prestige beauty retail strongly preferred.
Education
High-school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in cosmetics, beauty therapy, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

The successful candidate will be located in Malmö, Skåne, Sweden.
