Chanel in Malmö seeks a seasonal Beauty Boutique Associate to provide luxury beauty consultations and exceptional client service in the boutique.

Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised beauty consultations and product demonstrations in line with Chanel’s brand standards, including makeup application and skincare regimens.
- Develop and maintain a client portfolio through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up to cultivate long‑term relationships.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through consultative selling, upselling and suggestive product recommendations.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising to Chanel specifications; ensure stock replenishment, pricing accuracy and inventory control.
- Operate the point-of-sale system, handle transactions, returns and gift packaging with precision and discretion.
- Support boutique events, launches and seasonal merchandising initiatives; collaborate with the store team to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Adhere to brand policies on product knowledge, hygiene, health & safety, and luxury service protocols.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail preferred.
- Proven track record of consultative selling and clienteling in a high‑end environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset and excellent presentation.
- Ability to perform makeup application and basic skincare consultations; formal cosmetology or aesthetics training is an advantage.
- Right to work in Sweden as required by local regulation.
Skills
Experience
Preferably 1–3 years of frontline experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail, with demonstrable sales results and a history of building repeat clientele.
Education
Secondary education required; vocational training or certification in cosmetology, aesthetics or makeup artistry preferred.
